Few small communities have experienced the quality of local theatre that has graced Johnston County’s stages since the Neuse Little Theatre's first show in 1974. From Neil Simon to Rogers & Hammerstein, from Spoon River Anthology to Always A Bridesmaid, we've striven to delight young and old alike. After years of traveling from pillar to post in search of a home, the Neuse Little Theatre today has a place to call its own: the former American Legion Hut overlooking the Neuse River in Downtown Smithfield.
